First-ever Step One Motorsports Festival powered by Step One Automotive Group is a raving success

Step One Motorsports, together with Step One Automotive Group, provided over 300 event attendees with a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory experience in the form of the inaugural Step One Motorsports Festival, which took place on June 24th, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The venue hosting the festival was the Pensacola-based Five Flags Speedway, where guests were met with a jam-packed day of high-octane thrills including meeting Step One ambassadors and professional racing drivers, engaging in various motorsport games, enjoying delicious food, soaring around the track’s oval with the drivers for lightning-fast Hot Laps, and perusing a luxurious car meet.

A morning meet-and-greet with Juan Manuel Correa and Chris Walsh provided fans with the unique opportunity to meet with full-time racing drivers competing in series such as Formula 2, IMSA, and the World Endurance Championship and interact with them, cementing memories that will last a lifetime. Shortly thereafter, Correa and Walsh went behind the wheel of stunning Step One Automotive Group vehicles to give attendees a taste of what a racing driver experiences at the track on a regular basis via rapid Hot Laps. Those watching on as well as passengers in the vehicles witnessed top-tier driver skill and high-performance vehicles working in perfect harmony. Spectators also were privy to a showcase of refined, automotive excellence with an esteemed car meet stretching across the track’s infield, offering a unique insight into the craft of the industry.
